Meeting. Planning. Execute. Feedback. Launch.
Every project, from a single workstation to a full server migration, follows the same five steps. You know what’s happening, what it costs, and when it’s finished.
-
01
Meeting
We learn your business, look at your current systems, and talk through what’s getting in the way.
-
02
Planning
We put together a plan of action for the job, with the scope, timeline, and cost spelled out.
-
03
Execute
With the plan approved, we get to work — remotely, on-site in DFW, or both.
-
04
Feedback
We review the results with you, make final adjustments, and finish testing.
-
05
Launch
We launch the project and monitor its performance to make sure it keeps running the way it should.
Pricing
How billing works.
Most clients pay hourly for the work we complete, because their IT needs come and go. We won’t force you into a contract when you only need help a few times a year.
If you’d rather control costs and average IT expenses across the year, we offer month-to-month, quarterly, and annual support agreements. Those include complete system monitoring and proactive maintenance on workstations and servers.
Projects are quoted after the first meeting, once we understand your environment and what you need.
Let’s get started
Talk to a local IT team.
Call for anything urgent. For projects, planning, or a second opinion on your current IT, send a message. It goes to our support desk and to Jermaine Rodriguez directly.
